Refund policy

We grade every record by hand to the Goldmine standard, media and sleeve separately, and we grade conservatively. If a record arrives worse than described, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund including return shipping. A difference of opinion within one grade is not a defect.

Collectibles and hi-fi equipment may be returned within 14 days in the condition they arrived. The buyer pays return shipping unless the item was misdescribed.

To start a return, email zesterhare@harewaxhifi.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Local pickup orders can be returned in person.
